Mini Camera Dolly - 2019

I designed this miniature camera dolly back in 2018. Back when I used to do YouTube quite often, I needed a device for my camera called a dolly. Instead of buying one I decided to design and 3d print one. First I started looking at the different kinds of camera dollies that existed, and decided to go with a simple sliding dolly that can slide in any linear direction (side shot, pull back/in shot). In addition, I wanted to be able to make the camera dolly do circle shots. I made a simple platform that had 2 legs for the wheels (front and back). These legs are able to be adjusted therefore allowing the camera dolly to move in a circular motion, but with adjustable circle radius. Lastly, I added a removable camera plate with locking 45 degree view angles, and adjustable camera tilt. All of this comes together to form a portable 3d printable camera dolly! It worked very well and I used it to help film many of my videos. The files are available online for purchase to anyone who is interested.
